The materials used in the production of Silenest are 65% recyclable and most importantly, we would like you to know that we do not harm forests and have an FSC certificate.
How good is the air quality in the products?
Indoor air quality has been improved with CO2 level controls in the Silenest series, and the air is circulated 20 times per minute thanks to the fans on the ceiling.
Can we customize Silenest products according to our own preferences?
You can color the side panels of all Silenest products with the rich options in our fabric swatch. Front and rear frames are produced in anthracite and white as standard.
Is Silenest coming installed?
We ship our products disassembled to anywhere in the world, right to your address. You can easily install our products in an average of 15 to 30 minutes.
How long is the power cord?
The power cable length is 2 meters and we can make power cable outlets from the floor or ceiling according to your request.
What are the technical specifications of lighting?
We use 12V LED Strip lighting in the products.
Can the Silenest product line be used for the wireless signal of the environment during use?
Our product does not cause any interruption in wireless signals as if it were operating in a different room within the usage area.
Do ventilation fans make a lot of noise?
Since we use silent fans in our products and insulation materials on the ceilings, the fans do not make noise.
How to activate ventilation and lighting?
When the internal switch is turned on, ventilation and lighting start working.
How can we control lighting and ventilation in Silenest?
It can be controlled manually with a button or with a touch panel.
What is the lifespan and warranty period of Silenest products?
Silenest has a 2-year warranty under recommended usage conditions and a service life of more than 10 years.
Will Silenest be damaged in an earthquake?
The ceiling, floor and side panels of our product are reinforced with galvanized steel. There is no risk of tipping or breaking unless any weight falls on it.
